Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the bus information lookup service provided by TAGO Bus Dashboard ("the Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the service provider.

Article 2 (Provision of the Service)

1. The Service provides express/intercity bus operating information using the Korea MOLIT Data Portal APIs. 2. The Service is, in principle, provided 24/7 year-round. 3. The Service may be temporarily suspended in whole or part for system maintenance, expansion/replacement, or national emergencies.

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

1. Information provided by the Service is based on data from the public Data Portal and may differ from actual operating information. 2. The service provider does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the provided information and is not liable for any damages arising from its use. 3. For accurate booking and boarding information, please verify with the relevant terminal or official booking site.

Article 4 (External Links and Booking Channels)

1. For convenience, the Service may provide links to external websites including official booking channels, public data sites, and advertiser pages. 2. Payment, refunds, privacy practices, and content accuracy on external sites are governed by those sites' policies and responsibilities. 3. The Service avoids wording that may imply an official partnership with any booking channel or operator.

Article 5 (Ad Delivery)

Article 6 (Amendments)

These Terms may be amended within the limits of applicable law. Amended terms take effect upon posting via in-service announcements.
